He calls them atomic habits. In this ground-breaking book, Clear reveals how these tiny changes will help you get 1 percent better every day. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone) and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. 1. Making good habits has never sounded and been so easy!

I cannot begin to tell you what an effective book this is. I have started implementing a few ideas and works like magic… very simply put, this book is a gem! For all those looking to make small (yet big) changes in your lives.. get a copy soon! If only, I read this much earlier …!!

  2. Amazing Book. A must buy for everyone.

Okay so the book got delivered today, received the book in an Amazon paper bag only there was no protection (Plastic cover or a box) whatsoever.

The front cover was not in the best condition, the corners were a little bit chipped and slightly bent. With a few tweaks here and there I uh managed to flatten the corners. So the quality of book imo is 3/5 (could have been better).

As for the contents of the book 📖 :
The text is amazing, just the perfect size and font, no misprints and errors.
The quality of the pages is amazing, they are neat and clean.
The diagrams are pretty detailed and crispy looking.

I’ll revisit this review when I’m done reading through the entirety of the book.

  3. Must read every one in their life time

read to know how small or little habits make an huge impact on your life…also learn how to make good havit and break the bad one…amazing book
